Fall in Love With Autumn Decorations
I don’t know about you, but I felt like the first day of fall would never arrive! And now that it’s here—even if the weather’s still a little on the warmer side—I’m ready to decorate for the new season. Who is with me!?
Fall Decorating 2016 Style
Even if you don’t have a huge budget to spend on fall decorations this season, it doesn’t mean that you can’t add some amazing touches to your home this year. All it takes is some creativity and these decorating ideas.
Pumpkins, squash, acorns, oh my! The look and taste of fall is definitely all around us. Why not take advantage by having them on display within your home? If you have a lantern or large vase that hasn’t been out on display in awhile, bring it out and fill it with mini pumpkins, acorns and other fall decorations you have around or find for cheap. This can help bring a fall look to any table, as it acts as a centerpiece.
In addition to the centerpiece, don’t forget to take time with the kids to carve a pumpkin this month that you can also use as a decoration around the house. If you carve a pumpkin every year, why not switch it up and paint some pumpkins this year? There are a number of face designs you can paint, or even paint pumpkins that match your home decor! This way, you can keep them all through fall and on to Thanksgiving! Plus, the decorations you make together as a family are the best.
